Lindsay MacMillan is the creative spark who helps you step into your most fully expressed self.
She is a keynote speaker, four-time TEDx speaker, five-time author, and creative mentor.
Lindsay has built her speaking career from the ground up — without an agent or manager — and now regularly earns $5k–$10k per keynote while maintaining a deeply creative, spiritually aligned life.

At the heart of Lindsay’s work is the belief that you don’t need to become someone else to be successful. You just need to remember who you already are.
After investing tens of thousands of dollars in traditional speaker coaching programs that taught rigid, one-size-fits-all formulas (think hustle culture, grind-it-out energy, and performative confidence), Lindsay realized something was missing.
Those systems didn’t honor individuality, intuition, or the nervous system. So she built her own.
Through five years of trial, error, and lived experience, Lindsay developed an approach that integrates both the masculine (strategy, structure, execution) and the feminine (intuition, embodiment, creativity). The Speaker Gateway unfolds over six weeks. The experience includes:
Six weekly 75-minute live Zoom calls (Tuesdays at 1pm EST — with a potential evening option added based on interest).
These are your activation spaces: teaching, energetic work, live workshops, energetic alchemy, and practical guidance all in one.
Each session includes:
Message clarity + speaker strategy

Calls are recorded if you can’t attend live.
Personalized Speaker Roadmap
At the end of the six weeks, you’ll receive a Personalized Speaker Roadmap handcrafted by Lindsay, outlining:

Your most aligned speaking pathways (TEDx, keynotes, workshops, podcasts)
First concrete next steps for landing opportunities
A personalized visibility strategy based on your goals and nervous system

Two live guided meditations to unblock your throat chakra and support full self-expression (timing TBD).
These help dissolve fear around visibility and support you in showing up as your most fully expressed self.
Paid Initiation
In the final week, each participant will deliver a short version of their talk in our closing ceremony. Every speaker receives a $50 honorarium so your body gets to experience what it feels like to be a paid speaker. This is a magical experience called “somatic imprinting.” Because becoming a speaker isn’t just about learning strategies…it’s about letting your nervous system register that your voice has value.

The Six-Week Speaker Gateway Experience
The Speaker Gateway unfolds as a six-week rite of passage, guiding you into your fully expressed power. Each week blends energetic embodiment with grounded strategy, helping you unlock your voice for both impact and income.
Week 1 — Claiming Your Voice & Speaker Identity
We begin by clearing the throat, regulating the nervous system around visibility, and naming the power you already carry.
You’ll explore:
– Your natural speaking superpower and lived authority
– Identifying energetic blocks like imposter patterns, permission-seeking, and fear of being seen
– Gently releasing inherited stories around silence, safety, and taking up space
– How your voice wants to move through your body
– Why voice precedes stage (and how to warm up through low-pressure visibility)
Focus: Embodied confidence, clearing energetic blocks, and claiming your speaker identity.
Week 2: Your Message & Signature Talk
This week is about discovering what you’re truly here to say…and letting your lived experience become your leadership.
You’ll explore:
– Turning personal stories into universal insight
– Clarifying the core message moving through you
– Identifying who your voice is meant to serve
– Naming the problem you’re here to help solve
– Crafting a powerful opening rooted in truth, not performance
You’ll begin shaping your signature talk and record the opening moments of your message.

Week 3: Speaker Brand & Positioning
We translate your voice into something that gets you seen. You’ll learn how to communicate your story with professional clarity while staying true to yourself.
We explore:
– Crafting your speaker bio and one-liner
– Positioning yourself with credibility
– Defining your lane in the speaking world
– Leveraging podcasts, books, and platforms as authority assets
Focus: Speaker positioning + practical visibility language.
Week 4: The TEDx Pathway
We demystify TEDx and explore when (and why) it supports your goals.
You’ll learn:
– What TEDx is — and what it isn’t
– How to identify aligned TEDx events
– Positioning yourself as a strong candidate
– Leveraging a TEDx talk to expand your visibility and income
Focus: TEDx positioning for brand building.
Week 5: Alternative Speaking Pathways
Beyond TEDx, you’ll learn where speaking opportunities actually live and how to approach them with confidence.
We cover:
– Universities, companies, conferences, and organizations
– Warm vs. cold outreach
– Pitching and follow-ups
– Paid vs. unpaid stages (and when each makes sense)
You’ll leave with a clear outreach strategy and a simple action plan to begin booking talks.
Focus: Momentum, real-world pathways, and a practical path forward.
Week 6 — Closing Ceremony: Your Mini Keynote
We close with embodiment. Each participant delivers a short version of their talk in a supportive, sacred space.
This is your initiation moment! Each participant also receives a $50 honorarium for your final talk, so your body gets to experience what it feels like to be paid for your voice.

Within one week of closing, you will receive your personalized Speaker Pathway Map from Lindsay to help you integrate and embody the learnings from the six-week program and carry the momentum forward.
