This is my most high-touch offering for ambitious early career professionals who want me in their corner as they navigate an important chapter of their career.
Over six months, we’ll get clear on where you want to go, create a strategy to get there, and navigate the real-life opportunities, decisions, conversations, and curveballs that come up along the way.
Whether you’re making the transition from college → corporate, going after your next promotion or big opportunity, or navigating a larger career pivot, our work together is completely personalized to you.
This isn’t just about making one career move. It’s about learning how to advocate for yourself, create opportunities, trust yourself through big decisions, and build your career — and your life — on your own terms.

12 private 1:1 coaching sessions with me
Two 50-minute sessions per month for six months, personalized to your career, goals, and whatever you’re navigating in real time.
Between-session voice note + messaging support
Have a big meeting tomorrow? An unexpected opportunity land in your inbox? Need a gut check before sending the email? You’ll have access to me between sessions for support as things come up. I reply to voice messages every week Tuesday - Thursday.
Personalized career strategy + action plan
We’ll get clear on where you want to go and map out the concrete moves to get you there…while adapting the strategy as your career evolves.
Resume, LinkedIn + personal brand support as needed
We can review and strengthen how you’re positioning yourself for the opportunities you want, both inside and outside your current company.
Interview, negotiation + important conversation prep
From asking for the promotion to negotiating an offer to preparing for a conversation with your manager, we can use our time together to make sure you walk in feeling prepared and confident. You’ll get any nerves out with me and then be clear and confident heading into the real thing!
Life guidance outside of work
We can talk holistically about your life to whatever extent you’d like. Our careers are so interwoven with the rest of our lives, and I’ll be there to support you through whatever else comes up…relationships, friendships, creative pursuits, big life decisions, and the existential crisis or two that you just might hit. I write novels and poems about friendship and modern love, after all, so I’m here for all of it.
