Prior to carving my own path, I worked on Wall Street as a Vice President at Goldman Sachs.
I was writing books on the side for many years before I got my first big break and made the leap full-time.
I now out-earn my Wall Street salary from my creative work as a writer, speaker, mentor/coach/guide and creative entrepreneur.
I’m a multi-passionate to my core, and I attract people who also hate being put into a box. We are modern Renaissance women who are rewriting the rules together!
Through my books, keynotes, and coaching, I help people bridge ambition and intuition to build successful, soul-led careers and lives.
I’m the author of five published books (and another five that never got published in the years before I broke in!). I’ve also given four TEDx talks and dozens of keynotes, and stepping into the power of my voice through my writing and speaking has been the greatest unlock of my life.
Breathwork, meditation, and spirituality have been a big part of my creative process, and I love getting to integrate that into my coaching work too. I’m a breathwork facilitator and a deeply spiritual person who believes that we are here to channel and co-create with the divine. When we have a regulated nervous system, that becomes so much easier!
My next novel, The Anti-Marriage Pact, is out from HarperCollins in June 2026.
I grew up in small-town Michigan and was the first person from my public high school to ever attend Dartmouth College. I can fit in in big cities and small towns alike! But no suburbs please…a part of my soul physically dies every time I pass a strip mall.
I frequently cry tears of gratitude while soaking in a long hot bath about my big dreams coming true after so many years of rejections, self-doubt, and playing small, and there’s nothing I delight in more than helping other people become their most fully expressed selves too.
